Dear Amy,
I received your letter and I’m happy that you want to come to Italy. I advise you to visit Florence, it’s a beautiful city very important for art and culture. There are historical monuments , museums, many craft shops of leather where you can buy some souvenir and you can find a lot of restaurants where to eat the typical food ,the Tuscan cousine is really good.
I recommend you visit the Florence’s Duomo, Pitti Palace ,Uffizi Gallery, in particular Old Bridge across the river Arno,it’s very suggestive. The best time of year to visit a new city for me is spring or autumn because there is an ideal temperature.
I was in Florence a few years ago but I would like to go back this spring. If you decide to come in Florence in this time, could be a good opportunity for meet us. Let me know what you think . See you soon .
