Soluzione: “Bob is the worst waiter in the restaurant.”
Bisogna ricordare che good e bad sono aggettivi irregolari (per fortuna ce ne sono pochi in inglese) e di conseguenze hanno delle forme comparative e superlative particolari:
Good ~ better ~ the best
Bad ~ worse ~ the worst
La frase in questione richiede necessariamente un superlativo relativo il quale viene sempre usato in congiunzione all’articolo determinativo, in questo caso the worst.
