Hi Manu. Well, your correction is good and makes your effort much better. At this point you need to use ‘except’ instead of ‘that’ and then change some vocabulary:
subscribe ➝ sign
contract ➝ document
sum ➝ share/part

Of your three versions, the best is the last, Nadia, with ‘except’. However, the verbs that follow ‘except’ should be bare infinitives: “…except sign a document and pay our share.”

Very good, Dino, although I wouldn’t use ‘fee’ here. You need a word that gives the idea of a ‘divided’ fee. Perhaps ‘share’ or even ‘part’ or, if you want to use ‘fee’, then ‘our share/part of the fee’.
