Esercizio intermediate in inglese con the telegram game: CHALLENGE

Came Home Again. Lucy’s Last Exam Now. Getting Excited.

  1. Call Hanna And Let Louise Escape Near Grand Est

I would be happy to share Gemini answer:

Conquer Hurdles, Aspire Loftily, Launch Endeavors, Never Give Easy.

Translation: Conquer hurdles, aspire loftily, launch endeavors, never give easy.

    Explanation:

    • Conquer: Emphasizes overcoming obstacles and achieving victory.
    • Hurdles: Represents challenges or difficulties that must be surmounted.
    • Aspire: Signifies aiming high and pursuing ambitious goals.
    • Loftily: Conveys a sense of grandeur and high ambition.
    • Launch: Suggests initiating or embarking on a venture.
    • Endeavors: Refers to undertakings or pursuits that require effort.
    • Never: Highlights unwavering determination and perseverance.
    • Give: Denotes surrendering or yielding.
    • Easy: Represents something that is effortless or without challenge.

    1. I prefer your version, Paolo. I’m already wondering where Louise is now and whether she feels like sharing her secret.

      1. I could give you a clue: “Grand Est“, the place where Louise was off to, is a Chinese Supermarket in the worst slum in the city…

        1. Don’t tell me she’s hunting for wasabi almonds with the worst weirdos from the underworld hot on her high heels!

          1. Yes Tony, unfortunately… yes.
She’s going to catch up with the wasabi almonds pusher and… I’ve got a feeling she’s going to end badly…

              1. It’s too late, Tony, it’s too late.

Once upon a time, she had a dreadful adventure with a friend of hers named Thelma.

The whole world believed that they both had perished, but she survived.

However, this time there’s nothing to be done, she must have already joined Thelma in the high heavens, and together, from the edge of a cloud, they’ll be laughing at us poor mortals, munching on endless packets of Wasabi almonds.

                Amen

    1. Nice, Claudio. I’m not too sure about the overall meaning though. Perhaps some punctuation?

  2. C H A L L E N G E

Coming Here Always Looks Like Everything Never Gets Extinguished

    1. A nice effort, Giovanna.
I’m not quite sure about the overall meaning but that’s not too important in this game! 😉
