“Whichever one” is a nice idea but it doesn’t work here. What you need is an adjective that gives the sense of that “qualunque” in English.
I must confess my first choice was pull…anyway….whichever doesen’t work…what about any one?
“Any one” is a possible solution, but still perhaps not the best. An expression that would work with “any” would be “any old bottle” (in this case I wouldn’t use “one”). “Old” here doesn’t mean “vecchio” but gives the idea of “indifference”. However, there is an adjective that would be perfect here for “qualunque”. You need to do some “lateral thinking” in Italian! 😉

In your second version, the idea of starting with “shall” is spot on, but I’m afraid “pull out” doesn’t really sound good in English in this context.
After “or”, you should either leave both the subject and the auxiliary as understood (or open…) or you need to express them both (or shall we).
“Just” is very appropriate here, but it would be better before “open”.
Any one” is all right, but see if you can think of an adjective that would give the sense of that “qualunque” in English. 😉

“Anyone” would perhpas be all right if it were written as two words and not one. However, what you really need here is an adjective that gives the idea of “qualunque”.
The last part is correct, but it would be more typical to use the “no” version in this context.
I wrote “pour” and “uncork” because I’m not good in phrasal verbs, and in this particular case I haven’t any idea. I’ll try to follow your suggestions doing my best.
