Ecco la nuova frase:
Non dovresti sprecare tempo prezioso pensandoci. È senza dubbio l’occasione migliore che avrai mai con un’azienda così piccola e con risorse così limitate.
Buon divertimento!

Hi prof
You shouldn’t waste your precious time thinking about it. It is without doubt the best chance you will ever have with such a small factory and with such limited resources.
Thank you very much
Very good! I’m not sure about “factory” (fabbrica) for azienda, but it could be. 🙂
You shouldn’t waste worth time thinking about it. It’s without any doubt, the best occasion you’ll ever have with such a small firm and such a limited (scanty) resources.

Very good, folks, Just a couple of small things to correct:
Also, it would be more typical just to say “without doubt” (senza “any”)
Happy Easter! 🙂
You should’t waste your precious time thinking about it.It is doubtless the best chance you will ever get with such a little company and with so limited resources.
Very good, Luca. The only correction needed here is at the end: “such limited resources”
🙂
Good morning prof,
You shouldn’t waste precious time thinking It over.
It Is undoubtedly the best opportunity(there Is no doubts it’s the best….)you Will ever have With such a small Company With such limited resources.
Very good, Roby. Nice choices: “thinking it over” and “undoubtedly”.
Have a happy Easter! 🙂
thank you prof….glad you liked my choices….
😀👍

Very good, Claudio.
I think the more typical expression would be simply “without doubt” (senza any) and perhaps another “such” (such limited resources). But they are minor issues.
🙂
You shouldn’t waste precious time thinking about it. It is without dout the best opportunity you will ever have with such a small company and such limite resources
Very good, Fede. There are a couple of very small mistakes which I presume are probably typos:
dout ➝ doubt
limite ➝ limited
Happy Easter! 🙂
It”s true. Happy Easyer to you too
😀👍
You shouldn’t waste ( your) precious time thinking of it. It’s undoubtedly the best occasion you will ever have in so small a company and with such limited resources. ( I didn’t want to repeat such twice, hoping SO is not out of fashion)
I’m afraid “so small a company” does sound a weeny bit archaic, Carla, however correct it may be! There’s really no problem here in repeating “such”, in any case! 😉
I would definitely say “thinking about it” in the first part, as there is very much the sense of “contemplation regarding something”.
Yes, I imagined so ..a ..sounded archaic… Too much literature on my mind .. Thanks TOM
😀👍

Come to think of it/ Thinking over it, you shouldn’t waste your precious time. Without doubt, it’s the best chance you will ever have with such a small agency and such limited resources.
You’ve interpreted the first part as Paolo did initially, Dany, but there’s no comma after “prezioso”. The idea is “pensando a una proposta” (per esempio). Can you try again?
The second part is fine. 🙂
You shouldn’t waste your precious time thinking about it. Without doubt, it’s the best chance you will ever have with such a small agency and such limited resources.
That’s spot on now, Dany. Well done. 🙂

Strange sentence Tony, best opportunity with so small resources?
So, ” You shouldn’t waste precious time thinking about it. Sure and without any doubt, it’s the best opportunity you will ever have with a small company like this and so narrow resources.”
Why is it strange, Toni? Considering how small your company is and how limited your resources are, this is really a very good opportunity. Grab it while you can!
Okay. Let’s look at your version now.
“Sure and without any doubt” is a bit of a strange start and complicating a relatively simple concept such as “without doubt” or “undoubtedly”.
You can’t use “so” with “resources” which is a noun, and “narrow” is not a good choice here.
Yup, still sleeping (I’m working at night), haha ( so-such a silly mistake). So, about narrow, is it not good here? (limited in amount). As to the starting sentences, I try to work them out as if I were speaking; you know, we sometimes don’t follow the book.
I misunderstood the Italian sentence; I thought it was the small company havin small resources. hahah
Sorry, “…little resources.”
…few resources. 😉
ciao!
You shouldn’t wast your time thinkin’ about it.
It’s by far the best chance that you’ll ever have with such a small firm and such limitated resources.
oops I missed precious time
Very good, Davide. I think we can accept your apologies for the missing “precious”.
“By far the best chance” is nice! 😉
thanks tony and happy Easter!
😀👍
You shouldn’t waste your precious time to think of it. It’s definitely the best opportunity you’ll ever have /might have with such a small company and such limited resources
oops…I missed precious time…the rush
Hi Giovanna. All good here, except “to think of it” which should be “thinking about it”. Also, I would stick to the “you’ll ever have” version in the second part.
hi tony can you explain me the difference?
You shouldn’t waste your precious time thinking about it. It’s definitely the best opportunity you’ll ever have with such a small company and such limited resources
The difference is quite subtle, Giovanna.
“Think of + something” is generally more concerned with “opinion”:
“What do you think of this bike?” “I think it’s great.”
“Think of + gerund” is generally more concerned with “plans”:
“Which bike are you thinking of buying?” “I haven’t decided yet.”
“Think about + something” is generally concerned with the contemplation of ideas, plans, projects, proposals etc. (very often in the continuous form):
“I’m still thinking about Tom’s job offer. It could be interesting.”
That’s probably not a very complete explanation, but I hope it helps a little.
N.B. “Explain” needs the direct object before the indirect object: “Can you explain the difference to me?” (It doesn’t work like “give”.) 😉
ok ok……❤️
thanks a lot Tony…..and happy Easter 🐰🐣

Thinking about it, you shouldn’t waste precious time. It’s really the best opportunity you might have with such a small company and such limited resources.
After reading giovannaaveta, I got I didn’t realize the meaning, Tony: I’ll try again

Yes, your second version is what I was looking for, Paolo. You could also say “your precious time” (a bit more personal) and “without doubt” instead of “really”, but this second version is fine.
