Royal Wedding of William and Kate

29th April 2011

On this day, at Westminster Abbey in London, Prince William married his longtime girlfriend, Catherine (Kate) Middleton. The televised wedding was viewed by billions of people worldwide and the couple received new titles bestowed by the queen: the duke and duchess of Cambridge. The couple had first met nearly a decade before their wedding, when both attended the Scottish university of St. Andrews. William is one of the most popular members of the royal family, known for his ease and empathy: traits that his mother also possessed. On the death of his grandmother Queen Elizabeth, William inherited the title of Duke of Cornwall from his father, and soon afterwards, as heir to the throne, the traditional title of Prince of Wales.

    1. I bought the hat on Shein, but unfortunately it’s too small so I’ve given it to the dog to chew.
