Actually, I think you’ll find that then use of “see” and “watch” for films is very similar in both English and Italian, so you can use the Italian to guide you another time.

There is no need in the English version to say “do it”. It is understood: “You really should.”
“Films” should be plural.
“Of them” is correct but not necessary. “Many” works very well as a pronoun, although being an affirmative statement, “a lot” would sound a bit more typical: “I’ve seen a lot in these last few years.”

“Should have done it” is past time and here we are looking forward. The full form would be, “You really should see it” but that would be repetitive so we just shorten it to, “You really should.”
Also, “films” should be plural and “of them” is not necessary (but it is correct).

Well, the first part is perfect.
In the second part “emotional” is not the tight choice of adjective here. You need something like “moving” or “touching”. “Films” should be plural. “Of them” is correct but not necessary. At the end, it would sound more natural with the addition of “few”: “…in these last few years.”

English is sometimes better at leaving things unsaid than Italian. Here, for example, it would sound much more natural at the end of the first part just to say, “you really should.”
The rest is all great, except that “films” should be plural, of course.

You’ve gone very close here, Luca, but we need to adjust a couple of things.
In English, as in Italian, when you refer to the viewing of a film as a simple statement of fact rather than as a way of passing the time, the verb “see” is much more common than the verb “watch” (Think: “L’hai visto?”, e non, “L’hai guardato?”)
So, your beginning should really be, “If you haven’t seen it yet, you should.” “Yet” is okay where you put it, but it sounds a bit literary. It’s more natural at the end.
This use of “you should” at the end is perfect.
The only other problem is that ‘past simple’ at the end. The action of “seeing a lot of films” is an action which started in the past and continues in the present (duration form) and therefore requires a ‘present perfect’ tense: “I’ve seen a lot of films…”
A good effort overall. Well done. 🙂

I wasn’t enough brave to cut off some parts. For example I was tempted to avoid “of these” in “I’ve seen a lot of these” but I hadn’t the heart…
In the first part I used “to watch” instead of “to see” thinking of the vision of a specific film, while the second part is about the experience of seeing whatever film. Anyway I’m happier having to use only one verb 🙂 .
