Buon divertimento!

  1. does anybody know what the richest man in the world does in the freetime?

    Finally, here I am!
    I missed some versions!
Does anyone know what the richest man in the world does during his spare (free) time?

    1. Welcome back, Roby. I see you’ve resolved your tech problems!
      Great version. Well done. 🙂

      1. Thank you prof.
        I missed you.
Due to lack of space in the phone I had to delete telegram. 😭

  3. Does anyone know what the richest man in the world does in his spare time?

  4. Anyone knows how does the richest man in the world spend his free time?

      Try again! 🙂

  5. Good morning prof

Does anybody know what the richest man in the world does in his free time?

    Thank you
    Have a nice day

Does anybody know what the most richest man in the world does in his free time?

      1. That’s true, Tony.

Does anybody know what the richest man in the world does in his free time?

  7. Does somebody know what is the world’s richest man in his free time?

    1. Hi Luca. Two important issues here:
      1) Does anybody know…?

      1. Does anybody see where I put my “verbo fare”? 🙂
I miss to write it , sorry.
Is the -ing form the correct one?

Thanks for point 1 ; this is something I have to remember.

Does anybody know what is the world’s richest man doing in his free time?

        1. Better, but not perfect yet.
Here we need a ‘present simple’ and not a ‘present continuous’ because we are talking about ‘habits’ and not something that is happening as we speak. Not only this, but we don’t need the interrogative form because the second part of the sentence is an ‘indirect’ question. The ‘direct’ question is ‘qualcuno sa?’
Are you ready to try again?

          1. maybe:

anybody know what the world’s richest man do in his free time?

            1. Sorry, maybe I wasn’t clear before: the first part is a direct question and therefore we do need the interrogative form. So, your “Does anybody know…?” was correct.
‘The world’s richest man’ is third person singular, so the following verb should be ‘does’.

DOES anybody know what the world’s richest man DOES in his free time?

Does anyone know what the richest man in the word do in his free time?

      1. Almost perfect, Manu! ‘The richest man in the world’ is third person singular, so the following verb should be ‘does’.

  8. Good morning, teacher.

Does anybody know what the richest man in the world does in his spare/free time?

Does anybody know how the richest man in the world spend his spare/free time?

    1. I think I prefer the first version, Anita. In any case, you would need an ‘s’ on the end of ‘spend’ in the second version. 🙂

      1. I prefer the first version too, just wanted to try to be more “elastic”…anyway, yes, I forgot the “s”.
        Thank you, Teacher 😀

Does anyone know what the richest man in the world does?

      1. Does anyone know what the richest man in the world in the free time does?

        1. You can’t insert it there, Dani. It has to go at the end. Also, you should use the possessive adjective and not the article. Try again! 😉

          1. Does anyone know what the richest man in the world does in the free time?
