Vonnegut’s example can’t be translated to humankind. All humans are brothers since they all discend from the same ancestors. I don’t understand why people with different skin colour should be my enemy. Problems are mainly caused by different religious faiths and different cultural developments. Peaceful cohabitation becomes possible just by reducing the burden of bigotry.
I agree, Giuseppe, but I’m afraid we’ve still got a long way yo go before we manage to eliminate such problems!
