Premesso che non so la risposta, provo ad andare per esclusione.
Come up from no, vuole dire che qualcosa salta fuori ma secondo me non in quel senso.
Come off in no, mi dà l’idea di qualcosa che non è andato bene.
Adesso rimangono A – COME OUT FROM e C – COME OUT OF: entrambe mi sembra le più probabili.
Mi verrebbe da dire A – COME OUT FROM, ma visto che secondo me tu non metteresti mai la risposta giusta al primo posto, dico che la risposta è C – COME OUT OF.
Eppure, fino ad oggi, 4/16 ho messo la risposta A!
