Buon divertimento!

Puoi esercitarti quanto vuoiQUI.

    following my version.

If you are still wondering why there was so much hype about his election, you will find that his career has been recapped very accurately in this article that I cut out from the yesterday’s newspaper.

    1. Hi Loredana. Well done! 🙂

N.B. No article before ‘yesterday’s newspaper’ and, perhaps ‘out of’ would sound a little more typical than ‘out from’. 😉

    1. Once again, Luca, a good effort and comprehensible but with a number of small errors, mainly prepositions (I know, it’s a never-ending story!)

      1. clamour about his election
      2. career (spelling)
      3. in a very detailed way (okay) ➝ very accurately (better)
      4. in this news item
      5. I cut out of yesterday‘s newspaper

    1. There are a number of problems here, Dany, but I’d like you to try to resolve them. I’m going to repeat the parts of your version that are all right and leave gaps and hints where you need to think again:

If you are still wondering why _____ ___ ____ so ____ _______ a____ his election, you will find xxx his career has been very accurately summed up in this article I cut ___ __ _________’s _________ .

    1. A good comprehensive version, as usual. Just a few small points to tidy up:

      1. so much fuss over his election (senza ‘to’)
      2. in a very accurate way (molto ‘italiano’) ➝ very accurately (molto più ‘inglese’)
      3. I cut from the newspaper (okay) ➝ I cut out of the newspaper (better)

    1. A pretty good version, Davide. I have a few suggestions for improvement:

      1. so much talkin’ about his election
      2. career (spelling)
      3. in a careful way (molto italiano) ➝ very carefully (avverbio più conciso)
      4. cut from (okay) ➝ cut out of (più naturale)
