By using “documents”, you’ve avoided one of the main points of this sentences which was the beginning “tutti quelli”, a pronoun form. You’ve found a good way of avoiding the problem, however! 😉

First of all, I think a more typical start here would be, “All the ones that were signed yesterday…”
Secondly you should say, “voting” and not “vote”.
