My only comment would be this: “nowadays” (unica parola) would work better with the present continuous. You’ve chosen to use the present perfect continuous which is an equally good choice but it would sound more natural, I feel, with “recently” or “lately” rather than “nowadays”. However, it’s only a relatively small point, the rest is all perfect (apart from a couple of typos 😉 )

Renato, I think “a lot of” would probably sound more natural at the beginning, especially as the sentence is affirmative, but “many” is fine also when it’s part of the subject. It just sounds a bit more formal.
I like the idea of “will” as a promise, but you are talking to someone, not to yourself, right. Perhaps “going to” for intention would be more appropriate in this case.
In this time lots terrible things are happening. I’m going to stop watching the news broadcast for a couple of weeks.

I would say “in this period” (like the Italian) rather than “in this time”. Also, it should be “lots OF terrible things”.
The word “broadcast” is not necessary and we would not normally say it. “News” is sufficient. 🙂
