Good morning Tony. What about. “What do you think you’re going to do next summer?”
It’s also possible but perhaps not quite as common as “will” in the “What do you think…” construction. If you’re asking about premeditated ideas then why not just use “going to” without the “what do you think” formula? Having said that, I’m sure we do use both forms depending on the situation and the type of question and so on.
