At the end you really need the phrasal verb “to take over (from)”. Also, there is no real need here for “to be able” as “can” does the job very well:
“…who can take the management over from Bob.”
However, your version is still perfectly comprehensible. 🙂

All good, Dino, but the Saxon genitive doesn’t really work very well at the end because you lose the preposition “da” which is rather significant in this sentence.
Also, I would use a present perfect here: “we have found” to give the same idea as the “futuro anteriore” in Italian.

In the last statement I took into consideration the future subordinate proposition (like futuro anteriore in Italian language). But the first statement in not a future tense (will). I’m not really sure, then!
Well, Claudio, you made the right choice as the present perfect works perfectly here as a ‘futuro anteriore’. It doesn’t necessarily have to be in a “proposizione temporale” for this to happen, as you can see.

TWO important things to bear in mind here, Dany. First: always get the negative in as soon as you can. It sounds very strange to say, “I want everyone to know nothing.” In Italian it would be, “Voglio che tutti non sanno niente.” It seems almost like a contradiction. This is why I always say to get the negative in as soon as you can in the sentence. Hi Carla. I wouldn’t bother with “the responsibility of” and just use “the management” as your direct object. “From Bob” is definitely best at the end. 🙂

Ho deciso per “Take over” dopo una ricerca sul vocabolario, perché la mia prima versione “until we find someone able to handle the management after Bob” non mi convinceva.
“Anybody to know”, non “knows”… errore di battitura!
Cioè, non propriamente di “battitura” ma fingiamo sia così, se mai fosse possibile.

Whatever. The rest is all good with your corrections. “Take over” is a good choice and you could have mentioned “the management” too, although it’s not strictly essential with take over.
On second thoughts, perhaps “have found” would be better here than “find”. Again, both are possible.
