to arrive=static verb in english
in rome, in Italy,in europe…but arrive at the meeting,at school,at the station…

I got to Rome
I arrived in Rome
and that’s why “sto arrivando” I’m coming…there’s a movement(by car,foot ,train ecc)…and not I’m arriving…static verb,no movement 😄

True, but you can use ‘arrive’ in the continuous form in the right circumstances:
“We got to the station just as Bob’s train was arriving.” 🙂

You can also use ‘coming’ but in that particular circumstance, ‘arriving’ is perhaps even better.
