  1. Every one makes mistakes, sooner or later, in his/her life. Mistakes can be detrimental or instructive, irremediable or remediable, like this example, by a divorce. The most relevant innovations have been preceded by a long series of failures. So, it is useless to cry over the spilled milk; time is the best healer.

      1. Thanks Tony, my comments are just exercises, without further ambitions. I am interested in the grammar rather than in the content. However, I am happy if my comments stimulate reactions.

        1. A bit of light-hearted discussion is probably the best way to practice your English, Giuseppe! I always like to see comments on my posts, whether they are short and simple or longer and more complex. It brings life to the site and enhances its interactive nature.
